Mr Yau graduated in 1991 after having completed his professional examination with the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is currently a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and also a member of Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants ("MICPA").

Mr Yau started his career as an audit assistant with Kassim Chan & Co., one of the big five international accounting firm in 1989. He later left Kassim Chan & Co after more than 5 years of service and joined an insurance company as assistant manager - corporate finance. He later returned to the profession in 1995 and joined BDO Binder as audit manager. He was later admitted as one of the partners in BDO Binder. He was also the partner in charge of BDO Binder Seremban branch.

During his career in BDO Binder, he was awarded with the award of Leadership by Example in the firm and he also sat in the BDO Technical Committee and Accounting and Auditing Issues Committee.

His clientele ranging from public listed companies, MNC and small and medium limited companies involved in trading, IT, property development, construction, oil and gas, insurance, stockbroking, manufacturing and investment holding. Mr. Yau has experience in review of profit/cash flow forecast and projection, reporting accounting, share valuation as well as investigation and due diligence audit. He also was involved in the initial public offering exercise of the following companies:-

Mr How Yong is currently a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and also a member of Malaysian Institute of certified Public Accountants ("MICPA").

Mr How Yong started his career as an audit assistant with BDO Binder, Kuala Lumpur in 1994. He was later promoted as the manager-in-charge of BDO Binder Johor Bahru Branch in 1999 before joining OK YAU & HOWYONG. in 2001.

His clientele ranging from public listed companies, MNC and small and medium limited companies involved in trading, property development, construction, manufacturing and investment holding. He has experience in review of profit/cash flow forecast and projection, reporting accounting, share valuation, investigation and due diligence audit.

Ms. Chung graduated in 2005 after having completed her Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Information Systems) at Curtin University of Technology and later completed her CPA Australia professional examination in 2008. She is currently a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and also a member of CPA Australia.

Ms. Chung started her career as an audit assistant in 2005, and was later promoted to partner in 2019.

Her clientele ranging from MNC and small and medium limited companies involved in trading, property development, construction, manufacturing, services and investment holding. She has experience in share valuation, investigation and due diligence audit.
